Summer Camp Should be Awesome
Sending your child to summer camp will be one of the most important choices you will ever make for them. They will gain life skills here that will set them up for future success: communication, independence, problem-solving, and much more. So naturally, the second most important choice you will make will be which summer camp you send them to. At SJYC, our campers and counselors try incredible new things and gain lifelong friends in a safe and supportive environment. Send your child to the place where they will grow, have fun, and return home saying, “I can’t wait to go back to SJYC!”

That’s exactly the memorable and transformative experience that St. Joseph's Youth Camp has been committed to creating for 75 years. Our dedicated staff is driven by one simple motivation: an unwavering love for what we do. We are wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that the next generation of children can experience the same extraordinary camp journey that we once did. We aspire to provide each child with much more than your typical summer camp experience. Our hope is that they’ll leave camp with invaluable life skills and lifelong friendships.
Located in the breathtaking Coconino National Forest just 30 minutes southeast of Flagstaff, Arizona, our non-denominational, 501(c)3 nonprofit camp is a 2.5-hour drive north of Phoenix, ensuring easy accessibility for a truly unforgettable, nature-based summer adventure.
