At SJYC, our camp programs provide educational experiences designed to inspire growth, learning, and fun. We’re excited that we are now ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) friendly. Families can now more easily use their ESA funds to cover a portion of the registration fees for our camp programs. Please note that we currently facilitate reimbursement only, and do not accept payment via ClassWallet or Direct Pay.

As per ESA guidelines, “all fees for educational camps are an approved expense, but travel, overnight accommodations, and food are not allowable expenses.” To assist you in the reimbursement process, we’ve provided a detailed breakdown of which portions of your registration fees are eligible for ESA reimbursement.

For ESA reimbursement, categorize the expenses as “Curriculum.” When submitting your claim, you will need the following:

1. A copy of your receipt: This will be emailed to you automatically once you complete your registration.

2. An invoice from SJYC: Send an email to admin@sjycaz.com to request an invoice specific to your child.

3. Our Facility Accreditation Attestation Form (linked below)

Additionally, a sample curriculum is available in case ESA requests further documentation during the reimbursement process.
